This is a very difficult and stressful time for everyone and it is important to try and make time to look after yourself as a parent or guardian for the children and young people in your care.
This is a short online workshop aimed at helping parents and guardians look after their own well-being. It is 40 minutes long, but you dont have to do in all one go. Simply save where you're at and pick up again when you have time.
You just need a laptop/computer and speakers/headphones (there are some videos with sound).
It's FREE and it is designed to help you which will in turn, hopefully, help the young people you care for.
