Another take on the 'Bucket List' from Siobhan at Children's Therapy Centre. A great idea to write down and save all the activities, places you want to visit and people you want to visit. Once the restrictions are lifted and it is safe to do so we can begin doing them.
You can follow her on Facebook or Instagram where she posts up lots of brilliant ideas to help you and your children during this tough time.

Let’s Play Ireland is a government-led initiative aimed at promoting play for all children living in Ireland during the COVID-19 emergency.
Playing is central to children’s physical, mental, social and emotional health and wellbeing. Children learn through play while developing resilience, flexibility and understanding of their world. Play in families enriches childhood. All children and young people have a right to play.
Play has never been more important, but during this time please follow the HSE advice on physical distancing and wash your hands. For more information go to hse.ie/coronavirus.

Most parents will think, No way, there's no time for meditation in my life - and given how all-consuming and overwhelming parenting can often be, I can understand why.
And yet, if we consider the numerous benefits of meditation — of finding a little more spaciousness in our minds to be less reactive and more responsive; of learning what it means to be more present and engaged with our kids — then meditation can be viewed as an effective, rewarding parenting tool
Imagine the positive impact for the entire household, of being calmer, softer, more compassionate, and more content … and you need only meditate for as little as 10minutes a day.
Headspace is practical and designed to fit into our busy, stressful lives. Andy, the guy who created it and narrates the meditations is very easy to listen too!
Give it a go...it might just help a little!
