It has plenty of ideas you could use, a sample daily schedule wilt a mix of play time, rest time, free play, learning, exercise, eating, and cleaning. Children and young people need factual, age appropriate information about the virus and concrete instruction about how to avoid spreading of the virus. Without the facts, they often imagine situations far worse than reality. Subscribe to the GoNoodle YouTube Channel and find the videos that suit your children the best! We know that this is a very stressful time for everybody, so don't worry about having to complete all this work. You don't! Instead, use it as a menu for your children's education. Pick and choose the activities that work best for you.
