The Parent Committee (or Parent Association) in St. John Of God N.S play an active role in our school. We are involved in a number of key events and activities throughout the year e.g. Book Fair, jewellery making with Communion classes and 6th Class Graduation , Christmas Disco, Family Fun Day, Family Bingo and more.
We also assist the school with fundraising when required. 

We can also:

• work with the principal and Board of Management on policy issues and incidents that may require a review of school policy, e.g. Bullying, Safety, Homework etc.
• be a support for parents in the school.
• invite speakers to address the parents on issues which are topical or relevant.
